Getting Started

To create an account, simply click here and follow the instructions.
To place an order, first select the design you want, choose your preferences. Then, complete the checkout process. Provide your design brief with the necessary details and our team will get started on your design.

The delivery time for your order depends on the design package you select. You can view the estimated delivery time on the package details page. Delivery time is between 2 days and 7 days or longer if otherwise agreed. Good to know - delivery times do not start until you have paid and your brief has been approved.

Payment and Billing

We accept a variety of payment methods, including iDeal, credit cards (pending) and PayPal (pending). You can select your preferred payment method during the checkout process.
What you choose - the price of a design is determined by a number of factors, including the complexity of the design, the designer's level of experience and the delivery time required.
Demand from designers at the time - part is determined by supply and demand at the time.
Reviews - each designer level (junior, senior or master) are jointly responsible for the quality they deliver. The more positive reviews the stronger the price will become and vice versa.

So you will always get the best value for money.
Yes. if the design is not yet delivered you can easily cancel your order.
No. if we have already started the design process. Then of course also as if the design has already been delivered. If the design are custom-made it is not exchangeable. Of course, we will look together why it is not to your liking and how we can accommodate you.
As long as you have not yet paid, you can always cancel the order free of charge. Just know that we will start your order later. The delivery time does not start until the complete order is complete with briefing and payment.
You as the applicant can open the payment request and send that link to the person authorized to make the payment.

Design Process

You can provide feedback on a design by using the project portal. Go to the "reviews" tab and open the feedback tool on the revision you want. Old revisions will also be visible and your feedback from the previous revision will also be included. In the feedback tool, you can make selections about the design, so you can specify which part you are talking about specifically. Be specific and provide examples to help your designer understand your feedback.
If you are not satisfied with the completed design (later in time), you can request the same design service and select improve instead of create. In the briefing you can refer to the old project.
You can communicate with your designer by using the messaging feature in your project portal the review tool. You can also schedule a call or video chat with your designer if necessary.
The number of revisions included in your order depends on the package you selected when you placed your order. You can also purchase additional revisions if needed.
No, you don't need to ask about this. We already do this on our own. If we see that you have already completed successful projects and the designer is available when you need the design, we will always put this request to that creative first. Our concept is an extension of your organization, so when you need it we go to work, 7 days a week, so it may happen that the designer is not available at that time. Then we will do a transfer, so you can expect the same quality.

Reviews and Feedback

You can leave a review for a designer by navigating to the "Reviews" tab in your account and selecting the oder you would like to review. Provide specific feedback to help other customers make an informed decision. This way we also keep the price for the designs fair.
Reviews and ratings are determined by feedback from previous customers. Ratings are based on a combination of factors including design quality, communication, and delivery time.
If you are not satisfied with a designer's work, you can request revisions or contact our customer support team for assistance. In some cases, we may be able to offer a refund or match you with a different designer.
